ROBOTICS TRAINING CLASS

Our 2026 Shift 2.0 Robotics Training class is designed to show you how innovation can help move your manufacturing business forward. You’ll get insight into the latest technology trends, learn how you can apply them to your business, and prepare you to translate that investment into long-term impact. Best of all, these workshops are of no cost to you, so you can invest in your future without breaking the bank.

We hear over and over again the workforce challenges facing our local manufacturers and implementing technology with the proper training is one way to tackle that issue.

PEER GROUPS

“Shift 2.0 offers the opportunity to join a Peer Group of other Shift participants to confidentially discuss the many challenges associated with understanding, selecting, financing, implementing, maintaining, and managing new technologies in manufacturing.  These half-day, facilitated sessions use a structured approach to process individual member’s challenges by drawing on the wisdom and experience of all group members.  The relationships that result can provide an ongoing, local support network for members well into the future.”

Ben Rand, President of Insyte Consulting and Shift 2.0 Peer Group Facilitator

The Shift 2.0 Peer Group was highlighted in a September 2025 article in ‘The Buffalo News, as well as a YouTube video on The Buffalo News’s channel.
