Shift 2.0 has hosted Tech Breaks on timely topics relevant for small to medium sized manufacturers in the past, and we’re pleased to say that our recent Tech Break on June 18, 2025, attracted many WNY manufacturers. They were interested in learning about what’s hot in welding automation. Our Automation Team lead, Dan Vrana, was joined by David Schaefer of Miller Welding Automation, and Jason Horn of Ralph W. Earl to highlight the latest in welding automation platforms. Attendees learned the basics and considerations when implementing welding automation, got hands-on experience at demonstration stations, and were able to see the Shift 2.0 cobot MIG welding loaner cell in action.
