On June 18, 2024 Ben Rand, President of Insyte Consulting, and Matt Malloy, Buffalo Manufacturing Works’ Automation Program Manger, led participating Shift 2.0 companies in a Technology Strategy Planning Workshop. The session provided tools for identifying technology opportunities for innovation and growth, resources for risk evaluation, calculating return on investment, and developing an implementation plan.
It was exciting to listen to his group small to medium sized manufacturers troubleshoot potential solutions. We look forward to continuing to work with these companies throughout the Shift 2.0 program.
