On June 4, 2025, manufacturers gathered at Buffalo Manufacturing Works to learn about EWI’s ground-breaking developments in tele-manufacturing–or manufacturing from a distance. With countless possible applications, this technology marks significant advancements in manufacturing. EWI’s own team of engineers were present to share a brief presentation and, importantly, do live demonstrations that provided hands-on experience with this technology.
The demonstration stations included tele-welding and tele-polishing. There was also a chance to see VR’s potential role in tele-manufacturing. Everyone enjoyed the demonstrations and networking with fellow manufacturers and the Buffalo Manufacturing Works and EWI teams.
